MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STYLE I WANT TO BUY, WILL YOU BE RE-STOCKING IT?
Have you used our amazing filter to see what other styles are left in your size? If so, and you’re still wondering then please note our inventory is accurate to what’s available on our website. If it’s not available online, we are sorry to say that we are out of stock of that item :(
We’re sorry for any disappointment, but our designers are constantly creating amazing new styles, so please be sure to check back soon as we drop new items daily!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for standard shipping within the US.
We do not currently have any international shipping options, but we’re working hard to expand VERY soon.
YOU DON’T SHIP TO MY COUNTRY; HOW CAN I SHOP RICH STAR WHERE I LIVE?

The best way to look up RICH STAR in your country is through other online retailers. We stock RICH STAR all around the world, and if we’re not in your country, we hope to be soon!
WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON EXCHANGES & RETURNS?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Richstarclothing.com order!
Items purchased from Richstarclothing.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns purchased from Richstarclothing.com and cannot process merchandise from a physical store or one of our other stockists. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are also NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of you paid for the return product excluding the price of shipping.
If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we ask that you return your original items for a refund and a place a new order through Richstarclothing.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please email us at email@example.com as quickly as possible (with your order number and order date!). If your order has already been marked as fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation and/or a tracking number, please note it cannot be cancelled, and you must refer to your return policy. As a general rule, please note that orders placed more than 48 hours before request for cancellation will have likely already been processed.
I TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS/ZIP CODE, HOW DO I CORRECT THAT?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you have typed an incorrect address. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily make the change. Please include the FULL new address for confirmation.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN OUT OF STOCK EMAIL?
As much as we try not to, sometimes we over-sell on popular items :( Please pay close attention to the request of the email you receive and respond back to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will offer to hold your order if we are expecting a re-stock within 2 weeks of the order you placed. However, if we will not be re-stocking then rest assured you will receive a refund for that item that is no longer available. If we have other sizes or colorways of the same style, then we will also let you know.
If you ordered multiple items, and only one is out of stock, we still need your confirmation to ship the remaining items. So please pay close attention when receiving an out-of-stock email.
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH MY ORDER NUMBER, WHY IS THIS?
It’s possible that the confirmation email was sent to your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email us at email@example.com so we can confirm and make any updates necessary.
WHAT IF IT’S BEEN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER MY ORDER AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION THAT MY ITEM HAS SHIPPED?
Please feel free to reach out to us! This is rare but sometimes, especially during the holiday rush, our warehouse can get backed up causing a 1-2 business day delay in fulfillment. Your package should still arrive within the 7-10 business day window.
